Ms. Shreve
and all POINT LEGAL consultants have achieved academic and professional
success at the highest levels throughout their careers. POINT LEGAL

recruiting and training for several law firms and corporate law departments.

Ms. Shreve was graduated from the University of Pittsburgh summa
cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1979, and obtained her law degree
magna cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 1983.
As POINT LEGAL's President, she is able to draw upon almost twenty
years of commercial litigation experience involving several business
segments and industries in all regions of the country. Ms. Shreve
commenced her litigation career at Buchanan Ingersoll P.C. where she
was elected a shareholder, served several years on the Recruiting
Committee, chaired the summer associates' program and was actively
involved in the mentoring and training of associates. She subsequently
accepted a position as a shareholder in the mid-size firm of Babst
Calland Clements & Zomnir, P.C. in Pittsburgh where she continued
her litigation practice and served on that firm's Recruiting Committee.
Ms. Shreve was one of two equity partners who established the Pittsburgh
branch office of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP in 1994,
which enjoyed 15-fold growth during the succeeding seven years.
In addition to maintaining an active litigation practice for several
major corporations, Ms. Shreve served on Schnader's firm-wide Evaluation
Committee for partnership elevation. She also was significantly
involved in assessing the "right fit" of all lateral hiring
and merger opportunities for the Pittsburgh office including recruitment,
negotiation of compensation and other employment terms, and integration
of lawyers and practice groups who joined the firm.
Ms. Shreve is involved in several community and professional activities.
She is the immediate past President of the Board of Directors of
the Pennsylvania Organization for Women in Early Recovery (P.O.W.E.R.),
and is a current member of its Advisory Council. She is a member
of the Board of Directors of the Inner City Junior Development Program,
and a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. Ms. Shreve
was a member of the Edgewood Borough Planning Commission and is
past president of the Duquesne Law Alumni Association.

Ramona
Ferguson was graduated from Dickinson College magna cum laude
and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where her honors included
Phi Beta Kappa, Order of the Coif and note editor of the Law Review.
She commenced her corporate legal career in 1979 at Buchanan Ingersoll
P.C., where she specialized in real estate, public finance and health
care. While at Buchanan, she was an active member of the firm's Recruiting
Committee. Ms. Ferguson served on the Board of Directors for the Society
of Hospital Lawyers of Western Pennsylvania, participated as a speaker
at various health care finance seminars in Pennsylvania and Florida,
and appeared as a guest lecturer at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate
School of Public Health. Ms. Ferguson also served as General Counsel
and a member of the Board of Directors for The Parental Stress Center.
Ms. Ferguson moved with her husband to the New York City area in
1986, where she continued her career as Assistant General Counsel
for Sedgwick James, Inc., a national insurance brokerage firm. At
Sedgwick, she had primary responsibility for all corporate and contractual
matters for over 150 subsidiary entities and managed an active acquisition
and divestiture program.
Ms. Ferguson left Sedgwick to pursue other professional interests.
She was founder and co-owner of Ferguson & McQuillan, a design
and manufacturing business providing floral products to wholesale
and retail customers in the Northeast and Midwest. Ms. Ferguson
remains involved in several civic, school and church activities,
and has served as a member of the Boards of Directors of the local
chapter of the United Way and the Plainfield Historic and Cultural
Commission. Ms. Ferguson now resides in New Jersey with her husband
and two children.

Pamela E. Rollings has been practicing law in the Pittsburgh area
since 1979. She was graduated from Yale College summa cum laude
and Phi Beta Kappa, and received her law degree from The University
of Virginia. She joined the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll P.C.
as an associate where her primary areas of practice included corporate,
securities and banking law. She was elected an equity shareholder
in 1986, and served as Vice Chair of the Corporate Finance Section
and Manager of Professional Development and Training. She was her
firm's nominee to participate in Leadership Pittsburgh as a member
of Year VIII.
In 1992 Ms. Rollings was appointed Chief Counsel of Corporate Banking
for PNC Bank Corp., and later promoted to General Counsel of Corporate
Banking. In those capacities she managed the delivery of legal services
throughout PNC's market area of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Delaware
and New Jersey. Her duties included recruitment and management of
a 15- member legal staff engaged in corporate loan documentation,
real estate, workouts and capital markets, as well as oversight
of outside counsel engagements for these areas.
Ms. Rollings left PNC in 1999 to devote more time to family and
continue the practice of law on a project basis. She has participated
in several charitable activities, serving as president of the Pittsburgh
Dance Alloy, and as a board member of the Yale Club of Pittsburgh
and the Urban League of Pittsburgh. She also has served on special
event committees for the YWCA of Pittsburgh and Family Health Council.
She resides with her husband and two children in the Fox Chapel
area of Pittsburgh.

Katherine Knox Hastings has over twenty years of corporate and
litigation experience in both major law firm and corporate settings.
Ms. Hastings was graduated from the University of Michigan and the
University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and commenced her career
in 1980 as a law clerk for the Honorable Norma L. Shapiro in Federal
District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Hastings then
specialized in securities and corporate transactions as an associate
at Schnader Harrison Segal and Lewis LLP. She subsequently accepted
a position as Senior Attorney for IU International Corporation,
where she managed a substantial litigation portfolio in addition
to securities and corporate transactions for this large Philadelphia
conglomerate. From 1988 to 1990, Ms. Hastings served as General
Counsel of Envirosafe Services, Inc., a publicly held waste management
business. In that capacity she was responsible for all legal and
corporate advisory matters relating to the company, including environmental
issues, securities transactions and staff recruitment, training
and management.
Ms. Hastings left Envirosafe for a family relocation to Chicago,
where she continued her career in several senior legal positions
with Kraft Foods, Inc. At Kraft, Ms. Hastings engaged in major contract
negotiations and general corporate matters for a variety of business
groups. At the end of her tenure at Kraft, she was responsible for
all environmental matters for the company.
Ms. Hastings returned to Philadelphia in 1997, where she resides
with her husband and three children. In recent years, she has performed
various legal services for Villanova University and sat as an arbitrator
in Federal District Court. She currently serves as assistant to
a Federal Special Master in a class action matter. Ms. Hastings
is engaged in several civic and charitable activities. She is a
member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for
the Support Center for Child Advocates, and serves in a variety
of positions for the Agnes Irwin School Parents Council and the
Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church. In Chicago, Ms. Hastings served on
the Executive Committee for the North Shore Auxiliary Board of Lawrence
Hall Youth Services.
